Hey, Rad Tech! We know you’re used to seeing through things, but let’s keep this policy crystal clear. Here's the scoop on getting your awesome gear from us to you.

How Long Does It Take to Ship?

Like waiting for a patient to hold still during an X-ray, shipping takes a little time. Once you place your order, our trusty team gets to work. Processing usually takes 2-4 business days. After that, we’ll toss your order to our trusty delivery service (they’re like the X-ray techs of shipping—super focused, but no magical super speed).

Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping? Let’s just say it’ll get there, but it might need to clear a few checkpoints. Think of it like that extra scan before you’re sure it’s not just a rogue button in the image.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a $5 flat fee, but if you treat yourself to $75 or more of goodies, it's totally free!!

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number to follow its journey. It's kinda like getting to review your own film, but without the annoying noise. You can stalk your order like you stalk your coffee machine on a long shift.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package mysteriously disappears or shows up looking like it had a fight with a lead apron, let us know. We’ll X-ray the situation and work with you to get it resolved ASAP.
